Aniventure Comic Con presents a Film Festival of FilmForge – a Nu Boyana Center for Vocational Training FILMFORGE FEST: BACK 2 ACTION Camera Phone Short Film Festival Rules: 1. Every adult citizen (The Participant) of the Republic of Bulgaria, an EU Member State and the countries of the European Economic Area may participate in the FilmForge Fest (The Festival). 2. The Participant has the right to submit a short film, not longer than 2 minutes, shot by a Camera Phone. The Participant may collect a crew, but the Participant must necessarily be the Director and/or the Director of Photography of the short film. 3. The film could be in any language but must have integrated English subtitles. The genre is “Action”. Movies that promote pornography, violence or any kind of discrimination will not be accepted. 4. The film must be sent to [email protected] by September 1, 2019. If necessary the deadline could be extended. 5. The films will be judged by a jury whose members are selected by Nu Boyana Film AD. 6. The jury will decide how many films to be screened in the panel of Nu Boyana Film AD, within Aniventure Comic Con, held on 14 September 2019 at Inter Expo Center, Sofia, 17:00 o’clocl, Coca-Cola Stage, Hall 4, 7. After the films are screened, the winners of two awards will be announced: “Best Film” (voted by the jury) and “Audience Award” for the film that has collected the most POSITIVE VOTES on FilmForge YouTube channel for the period from 6 September 2019 to September 12, 2019 at 23:59 hours!
